I led Oakland University's Athletic Development office, driving the department's annual fund, major gifts, and serving as the Athletic Director of Philanthropy. I managed and evaluated a team of two full-time employees, directed the Golden Grizzlies Champions Club to achieve key fundraising goals. Additionally, I oversaw a strategic partnership with Playfly Sports, boosting corporate sponsorship revenue and generating over $700K in annual recurring revenue for the athletic department.
